During the forced occupation of the Somaliland enclave militia in Las Anood, the Indigenous people of SSC suffered, their human rights were violated, and they had no voice or rights. The Somaliland militia carried out wanton acts of human dignity violations.
Today I see light at the end of the tunnel. We thank our Traditional leaders, SSC Committee, and our indigenous SSC people who have removed the Somaliland militia from our midst. We have returned to Tukaraq today, free because of our leaders who have made the right decisions to regain the dignity of the SSC people. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
